Does the same physio see me for my whole treatment program?
Yes, normally the same physio will treat you for the entire treatment program, except in extraordinary circumstances such as illness.
Can I claim physiotherapy on my Private Health Fund?
Yes, as long as your cover includes physiotherapy.
Is yourphysio expensive?
No. Our one-on-one treatments are likely to improve you in fewer sessions. Plus, with many physios charging around $150+ for a clinical session, our value is outstanding.
How do I pay yourphysio?
yourphysio accepts cash, cheque or credit card.
Do you have HICAPS?
At this point in time, a mobile HICAPS facility is not available.
How far does yourphysio travel?
At present, we have clients from Caboolture to Runaway Bay, and will consider all requests, depending on staff availability and location.
Do I need a referral?
In the main, no referral is required. In cases involving Veterens’ Affairs, Workcover and/or 3rd Party Insurers, you will require a referral.
Does yourphysio work weekends?
yourphysio operates Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm.
Weekend appointments are only available for emergency cases OR by prior arrangement with 48 hours notice.
Weekend loadings apply and these loadings can not be claimed on private health insurance.
