Iain McLean
Physiotherapist, Owner & Director
Iain is the Director and senior physiotherapist. He has had 30+ years of experience working in elite level sports, as well as industrial health and personal fitness. Iain loves most sports, especially golf, rugby and cricket and is our concussion specialist. He plays golf and hopes to return to playing competitive touch footy.

Sarah Reeks
Physiotherapist
Sarah graduated from ACU in 2018 and joined us in 2022 with a wealth of experience in sports, general private practice and aged care. Her recreation time is spent with her horses and competing in equine sports (cow-horse and ranch events). This makes her perfect as our other concussion specialist.

Chantel Potgieter
Physiotherapist
Chantel has both a degree in sport and exercise science and a masters in physiotherapy. She joined us in 2022 as a young mother with a wealth of experience in sports physiotherapy and paediatric physiotherapy, both in private practice. For us, this makes her perfect for NDIS and sports therapy, with a focus on exercise. Chantel is a keen runner as well.

Joanne Hambleton
Physiotherapist
Joanne is our home or mobile physiotherapy manager and is our most experienced physio, having graduated from the University of Queensland in 1987. Jo’s special interest is aged care and has worked in that sector for over 34 years. She is also completing a Diploma of Dementia Care. Jo plays golf regularly but her real love is time spent with her grown up children and their partners.

Troy Doolan
Physiotherapist
Troy attended the University of Queensland as a mature-aged student, graduating with honours in 2020. Prior to that, Troy was an IT guru. Troy is well versed in sports physiotherapy and aged care, as well as general physiotherapy and ‘special’ conditions. In fact, Troy’s knowledge base is incredibly diverse. Troy is a qualified futsal referee as well a being a lego master and designer. He is a music lover and spends as much time as he can with his wife, being father to two step-children and his dogs.

Lisa Marshall
PERSONAL TRAINER / ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANT
Lisa is our first personal trainer in the Health Hub, as well as being our gym-based allied health assistant. Lisa has been running her own business for years in Dayboro with an incredible reputation. She has a special love for helping post 40s and 50s ladies stay healthy through life changes and into later ages. Apart from staying constantly up to date with food science and physiology, she loves spending her free time with her horses.

Stuart Payne
PERSONAL TRAINER / ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANT
Stuart is our other personal trainer and allied health assistant, with a wealth of experience in fitness and training. He has a special interest in triathlon, being an Ironman triathlete himself as well as being a triathlon coach. Stuart also has a special interest in resistance and endurance training and will be running our programs in this domain as well as individualised training.

Janelle Reilly
Reception / ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANT / Administration
Janelle is one of our reception administrators and key problem solvers. She is an allied health assistant and along with Polly, is integral to our physio operations.
Polly Smith
Reception / Allied Health Assistant / Administration
Polly is multi-skilled and is one of our reception administrators, problem solvers and allied health assistants. Along with Janelle, she is the heart that keeps our ‘family’ business rocking.
Melissa Ramsay
RECEPTION / ADMINISTRATION
Melissa is a long-time Dayboro local and has a very diverse work history. She is also a qualified massage therapist. Melissa is another of our amazing reception and administration staff keeping daily operations humming.
